SMART Bins - CP series combine the intelligent system with durable & reliable recycling bins to achieve automatic wastes collection. Our system can reflect the real-time weight measuring, disinfection & bad-smell reduction with independent account records. Automation systems reduce the labour cost, enhance reliability and improve efficiency.

Our environmental design with CP Smart Bins operates with low power consumption which is less than a living fan. The supreme grading galvanised steel casing suitable for outdoor application, even against the bad weather & storm. Make sure the Smart Bins are completely reliable and stable to serve our users.

Our Smart-Bins can be accessed by identified Smart-cards or QR-codes we have provided. Independent accounts can access the Smart- Bins through Smart-cards tapping or QR-code reading. The throwing-windows will open immediately for waste collection after access. The weight measuring result will reflect on screen in real-time after wastes are collected. The accumulated record will save to our Cloud platform. Users can access the data anytime through our platform.

Those collected data can be generated as a statistics form to review and analyse the wastes collection habit and pattern. Incentive schemes can be applied to participants during the collection period. Incentive schemes can effectively enhance the motivation of waste collection and educate the positive wastes collection habit. We can provide the total package from Smart collection to Gift redemption with our intelligent Smart equipment as needed.

Smart Bins is a completely automatic system which can achieve reliable and stable waste collection compared to conservative way.

• Smart independent account access: Throwing-windows open automatically once access to Smart-Bins.

• Weight Measuring: Weight measuring will activate once the throwing-windows close. The result will reflect onto the screen in real-time and save records to the platform.

• Full bin alert: Red alert light will indicate on the top of Smart bin once the collection bin inside is full. The user cannot access the throwing-window in the mode. The alert message will be sent to the management office to inform the bin replacement process.

• Automatic lighting: An induction light installed on the top of throwing-windows. The light will switch on automatically once the environment needs the light assisted.

• Locking system: Throwing-windows & Wastes bins will keep locking unless the Smart-cards & Staff-cards access against improper usage.

• Safety system: Ozone technology, thermal sensor or related real-time observation transducers can be applied into the wastes to prevent the potential problem during the storage period in our Smart bins such as bad-smell, hygiene, flammable problem. This extra feature focuses on specific kinds of wastes such as food-waste or other harmful wastes.

• Wastes bins capacity: Adapt to regular standard with Government & commercial use which size as 120L / 240L / 660L plastic wastes bins. Specific sizes can be customised. Please refer to the local distributors.

Cloud Management Platform is to analyse the recorded data for the collection pattern. Basic records included independent account number, location, date & time, type of waste, weight measuring value, etc.

Our Smart bins series is adapted to the “GREEN$ Electronic Participation Incentive Scheme” which was developed by the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department. We look forward to developing a concept to Hong Kong for Smart recycling, as to achieve Carbon Neutrality.

Our Smart bins and Cloud platform is fully adaptable to specific Property Management mobile apps.
